Ford Fusion Hybrid

What is the Ford Fusion Hybrid and what does it have to offer you?

The Ford Fusion originally made its debut in 2006 as a mid-size sedan produced by Ford Motor Company. 2010 was a big year for Ford Motor Co and the Ford Fusion; Motor Trend named the Car of the Year and the hybrid model was awarded the 2010 North American Car of the Year. Ford had made MPG a priority and encountered great success in the hybrid car marketplace.

The Ford Fusion now has bold and aggressive exterior styling coupled with a stylish interior. Ford Motor Company has worked diligently to provide cutting-edge connectivity and the latest technology. Safety is standard on the Ford Fusion with Advance Trac, six standard airbags and the SOS Post-Crash Alert System standard on every Ford Fusion.

The Ford Fusion Hybrid offers a 2.5L Atkinson Cycle 4-cylinder Gasoline Engine. The net hybrid system provides 191 horsepower at 65 mph and 136 lb. ft. of torque at 2250 rpm. The Ford Fusion engine was designed specifically to operate at peak fuel efficiency, delivering an EPA-estimated 41 mpg in the city. The hybrid car shuts off when it's not needed in order to significantly reduce both the emissions and the fuel consumption. A hybrid car allows you to extend your driving range between fill ups and significantly reduce your carbon footprint. Another benefit of the Ford Fusion hybrid having a gas motor is its ability to charge the battery while the vehicle is running.

Gresham Ford Fleet is proud to offer the Ford Fusion Hybrid under the awarded National Joint Powers Alliance contract for Alternative Fuel Vehicles. For more information about this and other hybrid vehicles contact the Alt Fuel Partners today at 855-321-FUEL
